It is our goal to provide the best natural wellness products in the world. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase within 30 days, please email info@elanveda.com.

We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund (to the original form of payment) within 30 days of delivery. Please note, original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on a bank statement. Most cases will be quicker, however due to return shipping time (3-9 days), return processing (4-6 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.

SHIPPING

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Orders shipped within the US will deliver between 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.
